Our Story
Brandi’s Kitchen began its journey as a food truck in August of 2022, crisscrossing the picturesque Grand Valley, building a following. Fueled by a love for the mountains, Brandi relocated to Vega Lodge, where her passion for feeding families blossomed. It was then she knew this was her calling. With Vega Lodge’s season ending, Brandi found her permanent home in the serene mountain town of Collbran, a place close to her heart. Now open, at 1006 High St., Collbran, Colorado, Brandi’s Kitchen is cooking with love one plate at a time.
